This top-floor apartment was an old-fashioned and inward-looking one-bedder, in great need of some TLC to maximise its considerable potential.
The original layout wasted the apartment’s spectacular outlook over North Bondi - it could only be enjoyed from the bedroom. This was a complete overhaul. We relocated the kitchen, opened the living space, updated the bathroom and added an additional bedroom.
The concept for the redesign was modern, fresh and welcoming. The entire apartment is now flooded with light, and fresh air that sweeps in from the ocean, and the magnificent view can now be experienced from the heart of the home.
