As featured in the Design Files and The Saturday Paper, I created this unique home from scratch as a project with a film producer friend, reimaging what was once a dirty storage warehouse.
The aim was to create a versatile, playful space, one that could play host to any number of events and functions, yet could feel homely. After bedrooms and a central kitchen were added to the space, it was furnished with a mix of vintage and recycled decor to bring out a sense of nostalgia and layered history. The transformation was dramatic, and proved what can be done with a minuscule budget and a whole lot of love.
